
If payment is made by credit card, (Excluding AMEX) there will be no extra charge on full-price courses, but if a discount of more than 10% has been given, the discount will be reduced to cover charges. A four percent surcharge will be added to all transactions when American Express cards are used.
When a delegate has booked on any Continuity Systems Ltd, Murray Petersen, Michael Bland, Security Risk Management or Surefire Communications course, attendance may be transferred to a colleague at any time with no extra charge. If the delegate cancels, there will be a total refund less a 10% (of the list price) administration charge for cancellations up to 28 days before the scheduled date of arrival at the conference and no refund if less than 28 days' notice is given. In such cases the full cost must be paid.
When a Link Associates Course booking is cancelled the full fee must be paid to Continuity Shop, regardless of whether the delegate can attend, unless a cancellation request is received in writing more than 28 days before the start of the course, in which case 50% of the fees must be paid. If the cancellation request is received in writing with more than 42 days notice, then 10% of the fee must be paid. A substitute delegate may be nominated at any time without penalty on any course from any supplier. Transfer to alternative dates will be allowed up to 4 weeks before the event without penalty. Cancellation charges will become due in the event of "No Shows" at courses.

When a delegate has booked on course from a provider not mentioned in these terms, cancellation charges are entirely at the discretion of Continuity Shop. Charges may be up to 100% of the course fee.
