Determining BCM Strategies
Summary:
This Continuity Systems course explains the key step in the BCM lifecycle, explaining how to determine BCM strategies. This vital component of BCM is the link between the Business Impact Analysis and Writing the BC Plan. The course is in keeping with the Business Continuity Institute's Good Practice Guidelines and the British Standard BS 25999.
The Course Will Benefit:
The course is best suited to those who have completed the Business Impact Assessment course (or who have completed a BIA) and who intend to proceed logically around the BCM lifecycle in keeping with BS 25999 and BC Good Practice.
